Questions Asked Guarantee. If you want to return merchandise please
follow the steps below to insure that your request is processed as
quickly as possible.
1. Send the package to the following address: SMO Distribution Center Attn: Hawleywoods Returns 2677 W Cheyenne Ave North Las Vegas, NV 89032-8213
2. Please send a copy of your packing slip or a print out of the confirmation email you received when you placed your order as this gives us all of your
contact information.
3. Replacement product will not be shipped, or refunds/credits will
not be made, until the products being returned are received by us. If
you need new product right away we suggest you ask for a refund and
place a new order. Your new order will be processed immediately.
4. Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return from
the time it reaches our Returns Department Warehouse. All credit
requests will be handled within 7 business days, but please note that
it may take your credit card holder up to 30 days to apply your credit.
Please note that we have no control over how long the credit card
company takes to credit the refund to your account after we submit the
data to them, but we do whatever we can to expedite the process.
5. Shipping charges are refunded if:
- We ship an incorrect product
- A product was shipped from our warehouse broken or defective
- A product was damaged during shipping.
If we re-ship a product in these cases, there will be no second shipping charge.
